Yep, it's a consensus, send the deposit back. I've had these experiences and any time I ignore the gut, I'm sorry about it. People like this will drive you nuts and cost you money or unhappiness in the long run. Go with the gut, avoid trouble.
BTW, I'll fly out today to take your Urbecke pup off your hands, LOL.

Thanks everyone! I knew what my gut was telling me but I wanted to see what everyone else thought. I've just never come across a buyer like her before, I feel bad for the 4 kids who picked out the puppy, I wonder how she's going to explain it to them, "sorry kids, we are not getting the puppy, because mom's an idiot!"
Veronica - the Bazi puppy is just gorgeous, beautifully put together and she has great drives too, she's a wonderful pup and I'm really glad I got her! I'd post pics of her on here, but I'm not sure how to. Can you just imagine me contacting the kennel in Germany, where she came from and telling them she's not a pure bred dog because she has a dime sized white spot on her chest, they would laugh themselves silly! I got my bazi pup from Marco at Fichtenschlag kennels, he was wonderful to deal with and I'm very happy with her, if I need to get another pup someday, I would definitely go back to him!

Lady has a screw loose. I have had people tell me , their vet told them if a dog eats raw meat he will be vicious...
Counldnt believe there are people outside Texas , that have screws loose too.
Had a Yugoslavian breeder tell me one day , upon coming on my property to look at pups,,,your Enclavehof male has a bit of white on his chest . He should have been culled when born..so I wont buy a pup from you..I want to breed and pups with white on chest or paw tips is definately not acceptible in any german shepherd breeding nor any kkl approvel...
I politely ushered him to the front fence and almost shoved him out the gate...Locked it behind him and told him to have a Super Day...The road ends at the right turn left and dont come back...

Send her the deposit back, along with a picture of this dog: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/451366.html who was a U.S. Grand Victor and champion!

It's funny I haven't had too many nutty buyers, only one before this a couple of years ago. He bought one of my solid black female pups, he slept on the kitchen floor with her for a month to house train her (tell me that isn't bizarre!). He refused to tell her no or to reprimand her because he didn't want to break her spirit, he didn't understand the concept of a crate (I start crate training all my pups at 6 weeks of age), he would leave her loose in his house while he went to work and then be upset because she chewed stuff up. I kept telling him to bring her to obedience classes, I even offer money back for taking the puppies to obedience classes. Finally, I just told him I would be happy to take her back, I got her back at 11 months, I was expecting to get back an evil crazy dog (that's what he made her sound like) and here was this happy go lucky PUPPY! I took her to obedience classes and she did wonderful, he couldn't even get her to walk on a leash, she would pull him where ever she wanted to go. So now I have a happy go lucky 2 year old who is a retrieving machine, just like her dad!

Yeah,
I agree with others, send the flake back her deposit. I would feel bad if my sweet puppy went to someone who wouldn't love them unconditionally.
Not fair to the puppy.

I don't think I would have taken a deposit from her in the first place but since you did-send it right back and make sure you make copies of everything and send it certified or at least where someone has to sign confirming they got it back.
