 Also if you're so inclined give him some Nux Vomica 12x after he eats.  This homeopathic remedy should help him transition to raw.  And remember do not feed raw & kibble in the same meal it can trigger bloat, best to space them out 3-4 hrs.

he is sick approx 1 hour after but it cant be his liver as we have only just had that checked we had a full blood report done that was done about 10 days ago and all was clear i also forgot to mention i also have his sister and she hasn't got any problem with bones or meat at all.

 Test generally pick up more extreme problems like disease, I'm talking about weakness or perhaps better said a sluggish response - if that makes sense.

Have you tried feeding  it ground up, including the bones?   

Oddly enough, my dog can't handle pork feet.  He throws them up about an hour later, exactly as you describe what comes back up out of your boy.  He handles everything else, including pork necks, no problem.
