I am pretty positive, I think.  I do use, and will always use prong collars, e-collars and occassionally chain collars.  However, I also use food, toys and a whole lot of praise.

You have to remember, too, I do mostly pet obedience for pet homes, and assistance dogs for people with disabilities. 

I like my service dogs to be in a buckle collar within 6-12 months of the placement.  Pet dogs, I don't really care, as long as they are not misused.
