GARD, everything happens for a reason and I will be praying you find the right home for your special girl.  I have a 19 month old pup with LOTS of problems (just operated on for cauda equina, has 2 very bad hips) but for us, it works.  He keeps us from being so focused on ourselves and our relatively minor age related health issues. We are fortunate to be able to care for him, and he gives more than he takes.  So perhaps the ideal home might be a person (or couple) who needs a dog that will help him/her/them stay active! Wish I could take her but our hands are full . . . .
