I think you should have to pass a test of some sort to be let out in public! Breeding is a whole nother ball game!

You have to have a lic/credentials to build, drive, fly, own a real kennel, teach, heel, op heavy machinery among thousands of other things but anybody can have babies. Scarry thought huh? Heaven forbid we infringe on someones rights. but assholes take our rights away daily, so no what?

People give people a bad name, never mind the GSD. Our dogs should probably run us.

"Mating reduces testosterone in males so I would like to mate him."

LMAO!  I should send them Xandor right after he's done breeding a bitch so they can see how much calmer his testosterone levels are.

I wonder where these morons get their dogs in the first place? It may be wrong to assume they are all junkyard dogs.

Robin

I found a husky about 1.5 weeks ago and no one has claimed her, long story short a lady e-mailed me and said that her friend had a male and was looking for a female.  I asked what is her friends intention for this STRAY and she said her friend wated PUPPIES and I told her that I would never give this dog to her or her friend and that I would put it to sleep before I would give her to anyone that wanted to use her for breeding. (I won't put her to sleep just had to say it)I couldn't believe she said that. SO I contacted the rescue groups for her and am waiting for a response.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I have a pregnant foster GSD because after the dogs third litter (being given away for free each time) the neighbor asked if they could have the dog. She had a litter each heat and they had a male GSD in the home who was kenneled with her. The owner said, yes, take her away, she won't stop getting pregnant and we don't want puppies again. She just won't stop. The neighbor saw the dog sbreed 3 times one day outside and the day they took her, the male jumped the 4 ft fence to breed her again. Then the all mighty neighbor took this bitch in heat who was just bred and threw her into their home with their Pugs and Shihtzu. Guess what happened??? Yup, she was blamed for attacking the pug!!!!!! So her she was on her way to the pound because she won't stop getting pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i asked her first owner why they didn't spay her their response was, they don't believe in it. So they kept two males from her last litter because at least they won't breed the father!!!! No, but wait until the two intact brothers and the father decide to figure out the hierarchy!!! I bet I will get at least one of them this winter/spring (they were born in Dec '07).
