Okay, so Ralph from the Delta Club. What club does Ken train with, because it looks like ALL the rest are from the same club, West Coast. Plus, half the team is Canadian-bred, if not HOTB!! There is a very, very nice pup in our club from Fan's bitch and John Vlasic's Quinto. Hey, if I make a team donation, can I get a Canadian team jacket? :-)

Next question: Who is Universal Sieger?

by sunshine on 04 August 2008 - 20:08

Does anyone know on what surface tracking was?  A female in first place and a Bouvier in second.  I must admit I would love to see some pictures of the Bouvier.  From my review, would not Wotan TeMar be Universal Sieger?  Unfortunately the show results are not up.

Congratulations to all the competitors at this fine event.  I just love the way the site is built up so you can see pictures of the dogs as well as their pedigrees.  Very, very nice.

I am sorry, here is the link to the results.

Having the pedigrees to review, really makes the results meaningful.  Thank you to the organizers for including this additional information.

"What club does Ken train with, because it looks like ALL the rest are from the same club, West Coast. "

I believe Ken and William train with Lower Mainland,  Gabi and Ros are with West Coast and Darryl is from the Island, but has trained with West Coast in the past.

But no doubt this time, West is Best...!!!

Congratulations to all who made the Team.  A really big deal for the BC clubs.

AND, look at how many are bitches (3)!!! I think all, at least 5 if not all, are HOT. At least 4 are Canada-bred and born. Two are HOTB. Lower Mainland is repped by 2, West Coast by 3 (Darryl only left when he moved to the Island a year or so ago and the dog was already titled by then, if I am not mistaken). Ralph is going to the Worlds with his 2nd bitch. The first was Billie's dam!! I cannot wait until USA has the same kind of line-up in terms of HOT and HOTB, as well as half the team comprised of strong bitches. Best of Luck to them all in Kentucky. Glad I have all my arrangements done!!

I agree whole heartedly.  The results are truly impressive.  So many homegrown kids that did so well!  Happy for you Canada.
