Definitely a GSD. Hard to judge him by a photo, but he has good eyes, not wild or worried. I hope he works out for you.

He looks like he is Purebred to me. thats great you are wanting to rescue a homeless dog. there are plenty that are purebred out there looking for homes!

I am so very curious, buy the time all is said and done, what does it cost to adopt this dog?

Or a similar dog from this rescue?

I think hes handsome. He certainly looks like a German shepherd to me :)

They require a 10$ application fee.  They actually check referances as my friends said they called and they do a house visit also (I just did it 2 days ago).  Then, once you pick the dog you want and see them and it seems like a fit they charge $250 donation for the adoption to try and cover all the vet bills and so on.  I don't think that is much considering they place the dog in a foster home pay for all the Vet bills and all the food while it is fostered. 

Also, I have posted her before but they have a Beautiful 8yr old female with her BH that is listed if anyone is interested in an older dog.  Here she is again

The only mistake is she is the Granddaughter of VA1 Uran.  I only know this because I talked to her foster Mom.

I am proud to announce that Chance is now home with me.  He has allot to learn and need to come out of his shell but he is here and everything seems fine so far.  Here is a pic of the ride home.  We think we are going to name him Ace, Cheesy I know but for some reason he seems like an Ace to my Wife, Daughter, and I.
