Kool: The brand is DVM at Petsmart....and order from www.revivalanimal.com ....
Bath Oil Essential Fatty Acids white bottle with green wide stripe on front..
This is a spray on brush into the hair....it is also used as a rinse..It is a coat conditioner...I use it as a spray on because it smells good and is a hypoallergenic solution. Shake well and spray
As a rinse , add 5 capfulls to a gallon of non chlorine water and pour into dogs coat....massage into and wipe dry with towel. May be used daily.
This company also makes a non soap shampoo also...which doesnt dry the dog out.
On side front of bottle you will find the lettering efa HyLyt brand id....
It is like the Lambert Kay spray I used for years on my cockers with lanolin in it ...smells good and freshes a dog up...and moisturizes the dogs coat... I also put extra virgin olive oil on my dogs muzzles and on their ears.....Olive oil is the gold oil and is a remarkable healer and people use it on bald heads, elbows and cracked feet to heal them....all natural and no chemicals.

what kind of brush do you use?
sometimes you have to switch up the type of oil you're giving. you can do a month or two (or however long a bottle lasts) of salmon oil, then switch to sardine oil, and maybe cod liver oil. sometimes they build up a tolerance to certain oils if you give them too much, just like food, so if you rotate they tend to do well.
i also sometimes use extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil (organic fermented), and organic ocean kelp
sometimes (not always) the people supplements don't work (fish oil)....by the time they get to the supermarket shelves the oil has already gone bad. that's why you may have that fishy taste in your mouth for half a day after you take them.
