I cant help but know that Max von Strphanitz is looking down with a gleam in his eye......

Wonderful job! You deserve to be proud of your hard workingboy for facing his fears and letting his love for working with you overcome his obstacles. Congradulations to you both and I certainly wish you much succes with him in the future.
