Boiling happens at 212 F no matter how high or low the heat  :)   Unless you mean pressure cooking?

When my dogs catch rabbits and groundhogs the first thing they eat are the stomach contents. They don't normally eat the guts but will suck them up if another dog gets too close to the picnic site. We have the occasional tapeworm but that's all the negative effects we've had to deal with as a result of our dogs feeding themselves a raw diet.

I would rinse the chitlins, then pressure cook them and feed the cooking liquid as well. I don't know if there's any food value in chilins such as enzymes or vitamins. Boiled, you still get the proteins and minerals. An alternative might be freezing at 0 F which will destroy parasites but it doesn't destroy all bacteria.

I see no real problem with the raw pig ears but I wouldn't feed pig feet. Those pork bones are just too splintry and sharp. Back in another life we used to homecook our dog food, mostly lungs and hearts with brown rice. Smells pretty bad while it's cooking though.
