In the toolbar, the 7th button from the right in the third line line of buttons - (yellow button with what looks like a crude drawing of mountains and sun).   Click on that button.  When the prompt appears, insert the URL address of your picture in the box under "URL".  Then click on "OK".

Heres a pic (not the best) but its of Brisko v.h Weinbrand (sable) and his nephew Dino v.h. Weinbrand (black&tan)... LOL can you tell they are related?
