Oh My Gosh. My heart is in a lump. I am going to kiss all my dogs. Old lady Tanja la Grua is sitting here next to me. Her mind is still going at full speed but her old body is in bad shape. She is still able to love and be loved so we are not ready to start singing yet!!

To my boys past and present I like to sing 'My Boy Lolipop', by Little Eva, I think (The memory is not what it used to by - lol). To my girls another oldie, even the title eludes me.

With respect I would question why you feel it ruins our holiday? Friendship and support are NOT about the "we only want happy happy joy joy" kind of stuff. Through good times and bad, tell us about what you are going through, allow us to try in some small way to encourage and support you, or grieve with you. There is NO better season to love and support our "doggie" family, than right now!

when I was little "the imperials" were kind of big and I always loved this song. I know it might not be entirely what you want, but some of the images of freedom might be. I am not good at saying wise helpful things. But whatever you are feeling... I will be thinking of you today.
