I agree with Sunsilver... it could be a variety of things.

I had a GSD pup once that had pnuemothorax (collapsed lung) on one side... and we werent able to tell that was her problem until she was 4 weeks old.

She never suckled well (probably because she couldnt breath)... the vet thinks the mom may have sat on /stepped on her.  We tapped her chest several times but it was ongoing and we opted to euthanize her.

She has been seen by a vet and he did check for cleft palate and listened to her lungs and thought she sounded really well despite the discharge from her nose. She has been more energetic the last few days. Put her back on homemade formula. I just hope she makes it:(

I agree with Macrowe1....Nutracal is really good stuff, have saved alot of small breed puppies that went Hypo, that were bought into the clinic. we also used a food like A/d that is very easy to get into a syringe and mix it with Nutracal.
Glad to hear that she is doing better. if all fails you can tube feed her.

I will look into the Nutracal... thank you so much for everyone who has chimed in. I just really don't want to loose this puppy!!

I persoanly do not recommend  to feed raw to pups.  Especially if thay  are weak!
Here I have written this:
http://www.alpinek9.com/RawDiet.html
I would cook the meat and mix it  with Greek yogurt.
Kevlar  how is the pup doing?

Puppy is doing so much better!! I changed her formula a little bit and started feeding her a little chicken baby food and she seems to be doing fantastic!! I think she has actually started feeding off of Mom now. She is playing with the other puppies and has really turned a corner. Thank you so much for all the helpful advise on here!! I am not usually a fan on little small dogs but it is hard to resist these little pups. They have really captured a place in my heart and I was just sick at the thought of loosing one of them. Thank you!!

I will get some pictures up... Like I said before I am not a small dog kind of person and Min Pins are probably my least favorite small dog but they sure are really cute puppies!!
