pups teeth are still soft even when they are done teething so they still can move and what not for the next few months.
What some people do for base narrowing is have the dog bite something with a ball on the end and play tug with him to help move the k-9s where they should be. Its not a quick fix so several times a day combined with several wks at doing it and your dog would probably be ok. Of course this all depends on how serious it is.

Just an update...I did end up waiting to see what would happen and glad I did, Fred is 16 months old and has a perfect bite and beautiful teeth. My advise to anyone with this concern is to wait a few months with a young pup chances are they will shift and it won't take long either, they changed a lot in a month. We are still doing schutzhund and going for our BH in November!
