My brother has a meaner than stink billy goat on his farm that could probably crack your skull open. Wouldn't have to wear a muzzle, either.
As for trained police dogs wearing muzzles and head butting criminals, that has to be the stupidest idea I've ever heard. The criminals, on the other hand, must think it's a great idea.

My goats would not work out for a Wales police department. If they saw a police dog wearing a muzzle and headbutting a criminal, they would no longer be called "fainting goats" but would have to be called "LMFAO goats". I would be embarrassed to be a canine handler cop and yell to a bad guy who is hiding in a warehouse area "come out or I will send in my dog to headbutt you!"
Can you imagine this carrying over to the military. Dogs armed with "bunker buster" bombs on their foreheads or bayonets attached to their heads.
I think that I should send an email to the police chief of this location and recommend that they use skunks instead, as it is unlikely they could be sued just for making a suspect puke from the smell. I bet he would consider it.

I agree with Dennis. Let them send the idiots who adopted and passed this stupidity to be the ones relying on these incredible head-butting dogs in time of trouble. Give me a freakin' break!
Can you just imagine the adds that those training these dogs would have to sell their prime "head-butting" dogs.
