hi animules,
i wish i was in washington already! but the army has decided i'm needed here for a few months', although i did try to call and ask a few people to bump my transfer up? no luck. i should be there around mid march,
just in time for weather to be good for training my doggie like a mad man! as for now, i got back, started training with him and running alittle and wouldn't you know it he managed to tear his miniscus, and a few ligaments, although the vet said he should recover and be fine since it looks to only be a slight tear to the miniscus and ligaments? good news is hips look good, bad news he's restricted from doing any training for a few weeks while he heals. so poor doggie, no training
. but i'm just happy to be home and am looking forward to doing any training this year
, although i hate for him to be injured, atleast i have an idea his hips will be ok.
thanks everyone for your opinions, Bob-O 4 goods from you and an atleast ofa fair and more than likely good sounds great to me. blitzen thank you also! i was waiting to see if he got more critiqing like many others but i'm happy so far with looks good, alot better than hearing well kenny he looks questionable. i respect all the opinions from the knowledge of this board!
i was suprised when i walked into the vets and saw the x-ray. i knew just from reading here and another forum that she had done a ''good'' job with the x-ray! i have seen far worse positioning, i thank all of you for sharing your knowledge of proper positioning and what to ''look'' for. i'm not ready to go critiqing anyones x-ray's yet. but i feel better knowing more than most thanks to those who are here to help.
sincerely, kenny
