I would encourage anyone questioning this situation to first log on to www.fcmcclerk.com/Pa/pa.urd/pamw6500*display which is the Franklin County Clerk Of Courts website which provides a service named Court View.

First run a search of Marnie K. Rose w/a DOB of 11/25/1971 to see 5 civil & traffic cases.

Second run a search of Aaron R. Rose w/a DOB of 12/07/1971, to see 12 civil & traffic cases.

It would appear as though there are numerous issues of safely operating a motor vehicle, failing to maintain state minimum liability insurance, immobilization of personal vehicles and it would appear as though there appears to have been issues w/various attorneys as well.

The additional allegations of who stole whose puppies & papers aside the public record search it's self is ample evidence that these individuals obviously have issues to resolve that could sully any or all individuals who may desire to associate w/them.

I would like for additional direct dial telephone contact information from whomever is representing RoseHaven Kennels on this board and their relationship to any or all law enforcement personnel mention in any or all posts.

The Franklin County Procescutor's Office will refuse to provide you w/any disposition of any charges against anyone over the phone. There are Franklin County Criminal & Civil Clerk of Court offices you can visit to view any or all documents/charges mentioned in any post on this forum.

Anyone can be arrested for anything, our legal system allows their innocence to be proven.

This sounds like a planned threat of violence against another individual, someone should notify real law enforcement of this situation and the fact that *someone* from Rosehave Kennel has knowledged of this future event.

W/out an active webpage you or anyone else for that matter could've created what little bit you posted here. It's been my past experience that anyone w/such an expansive misdemeanor background like Aaron & Marnie Rose has more than likely additional issues which will come to light w/a little more checking.

Aaron & Marnie Rose of RoseHaven Kennel I'm still awaiting the contact names and their direct dial numbers for the law enforcement references to be posted for additional verification. 

 I'll be checking the Capital Area Humane Society, Franklin County Dog Warden, Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Office in the morning to see what information they have. Any or all reports recieved will be completely scanned and posted to this thread.

My name is Marty Martin, the Deputy Sheriff that Marnie Rose mentioned as a reference for her.  Her use of my name as a reference was unauthorized.  I could not be a reference on her behalf due to me not knowing her well enough and knowing nothing of her business practices or her ethics.  Marnie Rose did not bring Bernhard Flinks here earlier this year, I was the co-host of the seminar and Marnie had nothing to do with it.  Marnie did not even attend the seminar, she attended our Club Training day that B. Flinks did attend that is all.  I have been involved in IPO / Schutzhund for over 13 years and Marnie Rose was removed from our Club (HondenSport Ohio - DVG) earlier this year.

I will not participate in a he said she said debate about her, I just wanted to clear the air that Marnie and Aaron Rose are not associated with me in anyway.

Just for the record I am Jeff Hall and I own Hallwood kennels not Kathy Doat,she works for me as a groomer at my kennels. As far as the money owed for a dog that was taken from my property by Marnie Rose and not sent to her as she said, I have not heard from or seen Marnie since that day. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL AND TRACK DOWN MARNIE FOR MONEY SHE KNOWS IS OWED TO ME, IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW. I never made any kind of deal with her as far as if the dog worked out or not ,I did not send this dog to her or ask for it to be trained, SHE TOOK THE DOG AND SAID SHE WOULD PAY ME IN TWO WEEKS, WELL ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATER AND STILL NO PAYMENT OR CALLS FROM MARNIE. I would suggest that Marnie contact me and resolve this issue ASAP I have pics of this dog and DNA from both parents along with the three witnesses and the paper work that belongs to the dog. My personal attorney Ryon Brunk would be happy to add in the interest due on the unpayed ballance and submit it to the courts that he happens to be the prosecuting attorney for (district one) and resolve this matter rather quickly, So I suggest as I mentioned before, contact me ASAP Marnie.
