i am going to go see andy and melanie maybe next weekend. he seems to be one of the best.
atleast around me(new york area)
meaning clearheaded stable, not over the top, perfect!
hopefully he (and melanie)will like my female and we can do a breeding this spring.

I like Andy also...I have heard alot of great compliments on him. I have seen the videos of him working. The only thing that I am concerned with is that his Hips are OFA fair. I would like a male that is at least OFA good or better. Nothing against Andy. He seems to be a really nice dog.
As for the puppies that I will want to produce. I am looking to produce nice sport or even Police dogs. I am more interested in producing nice Schutzhund prospects. Xena has alot of prey drive. She also has a serious side to her. She does have nice full grips on the sleeve. She is still young yet, so she does have alot of maturing to do. She will be 18 months old in about a week.

Those are nice hips....

Thank you , I agree and so does everyone that sees the films. IMO the "fair" rating is horseshit. They will be retaken and resubmitted soon.

That would be nice for him to get a better rating. I just watched his videos of Andy working again. They are really nice. I love his oebedience. It is very happy and upbeat. Alot of dogs now days are being trained with mostly compulsion and it shows in the work. That is why I like the videos of Andy working, it is nice to watch a dog that is trained motivationally. I also like his protection. He is very serious, but yet has nice grips. Is he going to be KKL'd?

There have been two nice Czech males recomended to me....Andy Maly Vah and Agar Zdekra. Both are nice males. Any other Czech males out there. Here is my Czech females pedigree again.... Here name is Xena.

I havent got any recommendations for nice DDR males though....I think Puck vom Grafental is a nice male. Does anyone else have any titled DDR males that they like. Here is the pedigree for my DDR female. Her name is Brix.....

I am looking for pure DDR or Czech. Or as close as you can get. On the Czech, I would like to stay away from anymore Grim. As my female already has him in her pedigree. I am also trying NOT to do much line breeding in either one.

As far as Czech Males, I have to recommend - Hex Aites Bohemia, SchH3, VPG3, IPO3, RH1, FH1.

Hex is a Xac z PS and Chayma z PS, deep red sable owned by Al Govednik. Hex is a imposing male with very stable temprement. He can go from protection to sitting in a crowd in a second. Hex is the father to my young boy Capone. Hex really stamps his progeny with Bone, Head, Color, Drives, and Temperment. Hex throws both Black Sable and Red Sable.

I think Jyl was looking for a male that didn't contain Grim in the Pedigree. Xac is a nice dog and his father, Gero, has produced some serious dogs, but I have heard from people that would know, that Gero was not an excellent producer of hips.

I just saw the male that Al Govednik kept back from his breeding with Hex and the male is 2yrs old. He is sch1, big old style head, thick bone, great dark sable color, very nice protection work. Very nice all around dog.
