I'd love to get a club started around here if I knew anyone with the ability to be a TD.  I don't have the the training knowledge to do it myself.

Yes, Bob gets his boxers at 1604 Broad street, definitely 1604 Broad Street.  You do know he is a good driver, right?  His dad, Sanford Babbitt lets him drive on the drive way on Mondays.  Definitely Mondays, Although Wapner is on at 5 o'clock, definitely 5 o'clock.  5 hours and 52 minutes till Wapner.

He is in a better area than most in MI.  He is a lot closer to the cluster of clubs than most in this state. 

MI has more clubs than most states, but  they are all in one area.

What city is this new club forming in?
