Shandra I agree with you.  I am all for capital punishment and don't feel we as tax payers should have to keep one of these sick nut jobs alive, feeding them, housing them and even giving them free health care when so many working people struggle to pay their bills and don't even have a health insurance plan or one they can afford to even pay for on their own.  It makes me totally sick when I think about it.  That's our government though.  I realize taking a life when one's already gone is never gonna bring the loved one back or heal those wounds but hey even the bible says an eye or an eye.

I think it would be great to find out where this son of a bitch is locked up so other inmates get tipped off and hopefully broom rape him to death.

 Bullet in the head would of solved this problem. Sorry but when it comes to kids I have no pitty for these kinda of people. Lord help the person that ever hurts one of mine !

And the frightening part of a whole lot of these horrible crimes is ,,,,they are done by     illegal immigrants...I read a book several years ago, that Clinton /Gore brought 32,000 illegals in right before the election, for their vote and wrote a letter to Doris" ......no last name, but she was head of INB      or the Immigration Naturalization Bureau and told her to sweep the boxes of their paperwork,under the table, dont bother to go thru them all,take too long...get them Naturalized before the election limits time so they could vote.....she did and then she resigned her position........so has anyone else read that article....a former senator , who was scared for his life,wrote it ,and I cant find that book.... Out of those 32,000 , 10,000 estimated , had criminal records........

A little off the subject, but it seems that most people that are against the death penalty, are okay with abortion.  Funny world, isn't it.

Do women that have relationships with idiots, get any of the blame when the "guy" goes bad?  Or are they immune from any blame because they end up being wronged?

I could type from now until the cows come home, and not finish telling about all of the women I met "on the job" that picked real losers for their boyfriends or husbands.  The strangest part of it is, even a moron could spend ten minutes with these guys and know that they are losers, and not someone you would want to be the daddy of your child.

Guy goes out and gets drunk every night.  Never pays his bills.  Bums rides and cigarettes all of the time.  Never holds a job for more than three weeks.  Gets arrested every other weekend.  Has been arrested for domestic violence twice.  Goes through your purse looking for cash.  Meets you at your place of employment on your payday and gets money from you before you even get off work.  Drives your car like it is his and never puts gas in it.  Drives like he is Mario Andretti.  Sleeps all day and stays up all night.  Has four kids by three different women and never pays child support.  Comes to your home at 4 am and asks if he can "put something in your basement", that he is holding for a friend.  Shouts at you and gets "in your face" when you question why he went through your purse and tool your last five bucks.  Tells you that your sister has nice tits.  Has a black eye several times a year.  And on and on and on.

Yep.  Sounds like a man I would want if I was a women.  Is it that hard to find a decent man, or are a lot of women with very low self esteem?  You women tell me why.  Sure. many of you have a decent man now, but honestly, what about the first, second and third you had?  Is it just the allure of the "bad boy" image that draws you to them, or are a lot of women just idiots?

I am not interested in knowing that you didn't pick any bad ones.  What I want to know is why did you pick a bad one, if you are one that did, at some point in your life?

On a side note.  When I was married and making babies with my wife (been together now for over 47 years), I was worried sick that I would some day go to prison, If we ever had a daughter.  We had three sons and no daughters.  Lucky me and lucky loser that could have hurt my daughter and found himself singing soprano.

I have a friend who can pick some winners Had one that did not trust her to go to the bathroom so she had to leave the door open!!! I did not get that but hey what ever floats your boat that lasted a year and I had him arrested   due to I was tried of walking in and finding him choking her. Well, a year goes by and she mets this really great guy looks like Randy Travis and about 7 months in to the relation he hits ..... HIMSELF in the head with the iron !!!!!!!  from hitting her. At this point I am thinking it might just BE HER!!!!! well, they part and then she meets her next husband and on again off again  over 13 years!!!!  abusive and just a mess.  Now she is married to a soft spoken easy living person and I feel sorry for him She is Abusive towards him!!! physical  and verbally

So it goes both ways you just hear more about women. Makes sense which guy wants to claim he is being abused by a female and who would believe???

I agree, some women are magnets for the creeps.  As horrible as it sounds and of course, nobody knows all the details here, but I do believe the parents should be held accountable for the vermin they let have contact with their children.  I mean, My God, if you're not going to protect your babies, who the hell will?????

God rest his little soul. 

And, I meant parents in general, not just this case.

If something like this happened to one of my children, they might as well shoot me as I'd be good for nothing, AFTER I killed the SOB that did this.

   I could'nt imagine the pain and guilt this mother is already feeling. You would like to think that a mother, upon meeting someone, would know right away if that person was safe to have around her kids, but it's just not that easy. Most of the real "sicko's", (i don't mean the everyday bum), but the really bad guys, are very smart, they know how to "trick" a woman, hide who they really are. By time they realize, its to late---don't you think if this mother had ANY idea that this man would do this to her son--she would have killed him in his sleep?--i woulda.  

         What I really hate tho, is when a woman does know 'something' is wrong, but stays with a man any way, the women that will let a man beat her child- then go to bed with him later......And then you have the women that hurt their own children, this i just cannot even wrap my mind around--I was gonna say something but..it's just to unexplainable-how could someone not 'see' how crazy they were? But I guess these 'insane' women can make everyone think that they are sane and safe, just as easily as the 'sicko' men...(but in my experience with women--and being a women myself..as vocal as we are, i just don't understand how these husbands "did'nt know" that there was a problem,when im feeling crazy/pissedoff/outta-my-mind-with-anger/sad/depressed, my hubby sure as hell knows about it!).

        And what about those who 'snap'? Apparently they were all 'normal' right?Thats what scares me the most, we all think we're normal....I take it that those who 'snap'-i assume the doctors mean-it's kinda like a zombie movie when a diesease/plague takes over their mind and they are no longer that person they were, therefore they cannot control what they do---If this can happen to 'normal' people, should we all go ahead and put ourselves in a straight-jacket? Makes me wanna keep one around just in case..

no one can explain why these things happen..and i think i've contridicted myself enough with my attempts to understand,so i'll just hush now...

As with many species or breeds, there are different lines or types within.  In the GSD world you have show, working, and american (more I know but you get the idea).    In the human species you also have different lines or types.  You have the law abiding, the minor infractions (speeding tickets), major infractions (burgerly, etc.), and total slimes (murderers, rapists, child molestors).  The types that should have a total ban placed on them fall into the total slime types.  Partial bans and strict control measures should be placed on the types within major infractions.  Most of the minor infraction types can be retrained using corrective training techniques.

I do not mean to trivialize this horrible situation, I am expanding on why I agreed a BSL would be correct in this situation.
