Silbersee (Chris)

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! LOL

It works so good I'm not worried about the $29 vs. $49 price. But I agree $49 seems a little steep.

Bought one about a year ago...used it once.  HATE the thing. (probably user error!)  Been in the drawer ever since.

Birdy: Uve got to be kidding????? I have 4 parti American show cockers with hair enough to cover the state of Texas,  and #10 blades in every sack and drawer in my domain....wow    now to figure out how to put  a handle on them....

Birdy ah! I wish I had read your post before buying one on ebay few hours ago. My father has whole bunch of #10 clipper blades to clip his poodles with. I took 1 apart and used the bottom to comb out the under coat and checkout what I manage to collect from Zambi! It's like I've manage to pull out a whole yorkshire terrier from zambi's fur!

Zambi looks so much better since this crap is off of her :)

my master shedder is in much better shape now without that much work.  will hit her again with it tomorrow.  i don't care if the blade affect makes her a bald shepherd.

Um Rezkat5, A bald Shepherd sounds great right about now

I've spent at least 2 to 3 hours doing both dogs and my back is killing me right now.

I'm also going to take another hit from the clipper blade tomorrow as well :)

she's 10 1/2 and is certainly not entering any beauty contests anytime soon either.

so bald is fine with me.

a couple of christmas's back the dogs saved their pennie and bought mom a grooming table.  funny i didn't know that they knew how to use the internet.  :)  does wonders for the back.  told them that i want a blower next.

i still have to suffer with the baths, but can bath them at work too where there's a tub.  especially when i decide to bathe all 4 on the same day!

Animules or others with experience with the furminator,
Is the medium ( 2.6 ) inches better all around then the large ( about 4 inches ) . Which one did you get Ninja 181 ?  It sounds like the medium is more practical but is the large better for faster hair removal.  Thanks for the thread Ninja 181.

Got my Medium Furminator on ebay for $27.99 today.  Cha-ching!  That's the cheapest price I can find.  $50 is a wee bit overpriced, don't ya say?
