4pack- when i do cook it's cause i have to not cause i like to.lol My kitchen is huge so I can't even use that as an excuse. My problem is I get tired of cooking and eating the same crap over and over every week but I'm not creative enough to find new things to make. I did the cook book thing but damned if I can't even pronounce half the ingredients required let alone know where to get them.lol KFC works for me.lol

YES,EXACTLY the same with both my boys and it was NOT weather related cause my friends GSD's did the same thing. My 1 boy was on it for years and i did NOT like his coat especially with the amount of fat in it i was expecting better coat health from it.I DONT like the idea of feeding soy in any form.I have now switched them both to Fromm 4 Star Nutritionals and so far so good.

I have been feeding it for about a year. Have never had a problem with loose stools or dull coat. They pretty much scarf it down too, no problems with appetite.

We also fed RC24 for a while (they couldn't get enough of it at first) and then the dogs stopped eating it so we went to Chicken Soup which gave us loose smelly poops...Now that they are on Orijen they love it and the poops are firm with little to no odor...I am an Orijen fan as are the dogs forever and ever...AMEN...
Been away on vacation for the last few weeks but we are back home in Florida and going for the dogs who are with the breeder next week...Can't believe its been weeks without them, at least it gave my wife a chance to clean up the dog hair which seems to be all over the place...Needless to say we feel empty/alone without them and in the meantime we do have the cat...
Good to be back...
Best as always,
Rob

4 GSD's here, all are on Royal Canin GS-24. All have nice coats, great stools and good appetites. I do have one picky eater, turst me I tried the no food, put the food down and pick it up, etc, I just add about 2 tablespoons of cooked ground chicken and her food is gone. I have had one of my dogs on GS-24 for over 2 years.

I have a friend that works for Royal Canin - I use to feed their food and it was okay. Anyway about 8 months ago my dogs started not to really like the food and I saw some things that were very different in their coat etc. The manufacturer of the Royal Canin had changed the recipe according to my friend that works there. Now I feed raw with kibble.
