Mr Payne may i ask why the British Sieger is not using British judges for the puppy classes as was stated in the constitution when all the clubs involved voted to have such.It would seem to me that certain clubs have decided to outmuscle the Breed Council & its members who voted on a system to choose the British judges. They choseto delay this until it was no longer viable to choose British judges or do these 2 clubs think there are no British judges worthy enough to judge at the sieger? I put my name on this as i know you hate non entities who dont put names to posts.I look forward to your reply.

1) It is NOT in the British Sieger Constitution that British Judges will judge the Puppy Classes in the British Sieger
2) The British Sieger is organised by 3 organisations who are EQUAL with each other in respect of the British Sieger
The BAGSD (WUSV member Club) - The GSD League (WUSV member Club) - The Breed Council.
The first 2 (above) voted for the German Judges to Judge the Puppy Classes in the British Sieger 2007 - so that is a majority - democracy
Do NOT make the silly mistake that the Breed Council has more votes that the other TWO organisations.
Your assumptions are INCORRECT about 'delay'
The two WUSV member Clubs have made their decision, and voted the way they decided, it was theirs to make, whatever their reasons.
I detest 'anonymous' entities that make any comment or question of anyone who is known and/or their dogs, family, or any other matter personal to them, whilst the 'anonymous' entity hides their own identity, or does not explain who they are when they are an unknown, for instance ' who is Mathew Lang - tell me please?

Mr Payne i have emailed you to let you know who i am.
I was lead to believe the the ultimate goal of the British Sieger was to have British judges judge the whole show in years to come.I have noticed that you haven`t answered my question on if the 2 clubs don`t think there are any British judges worthy of judging this prestigious show.

Matthew, I cannot answer the question you raise on behalf of the two clubs, I thought you might of understood that.
Having emailed me direct, and having replied to you, I will not entertain the "watchers" on this site any further. Many are what scousers call "fortnight people" = too weak, in most aspects of their lives.

Matthew, regarding your comment:
"I was lead to believe the the ultimate goal of the British Sieger was to have British judges judge the whole show in years to come."
There are many who would lead you and others to believe anything their wierd imagination came up with. Such people, and I have stood near them at Shows and heard them, spout of at newbies about this and that, as if they are the font of all wisdom on anything GSD. What always amazes m is when they have conversations with me, and their knowledge seems to have gone on vacation, they know little, have experienced even less, have absorbed nothing, over the period they have spent in GSD. One such person, a Championship Show Judge, and a Surveyor, has such a glib attitude to getting on top VA stud dogs, he openly tells newbies, I can get on this VA and that VA, if I wanted to. He has never mated any female to any male in Germany. He hasn't a clue about the German system, or the German structure, or much else, yet he spouts in an all knowing manner. Such people, and there are many in our breed, will feed newbies with garbage, trying to impress them, but they have "empty heads".
Many newbies can come onto this site and use the words "I was lead to believe this and that" - all I ask is tell us, who lead you to believe it, and watch them run and hide, and deny.

I am informed that two VA males from last years German Sieger Show will also be shown at this years BRITISH SIEGER, I sincerely hope so, it will provide a fabulous spectacle for everybody, as well as the opportunity for many to actually see them in the ring, performing. It will also provide a great opportunity to compare the males in the UK with them, especially those in the ADULT CLASS.

Dear MR. Payne
I am fairly new to the breed and noticed your comment on a Championship show judge/ Breed surveyor who tells new people about VA dogs he can get his females to. How would I know this person?. You have many years in the breed and could you tell me who to listen too.
