I'm sure the owner of the dog didn't intentionally post this picture. Anyone can copy a picture off this site, photoshop it, and then re-post it. I believe there is a record of who submits the picture, but there's no way to stop someone from posting a bogus pic. Everyone once in a while I call up my dog's ped just to make sure he hasn't turned into a monkey.
