Incident investigated, outcome = Officer charged.
Officer to get day in court, they will determine guilt or innocence. End of story IMO.
I hope this post wasn't intended to stir the pot regarding the Maryland incident which has totaly different circumstances IMO, and apparently is presently still being investigated.
