All things considered, this is the best possible outcome. He'll have a job & a handler.

I also thought it was a good outcome. The dog has a life and a job. It would be interesting to find out how the owners arranged for this as an option. Good for them.

Animules,
Can you tell me in simple terms how to get to this site. Sounds interresting but I just don't have the computer savvy I guess. I just come up with a map when I do the top part. Thanks

Sounds like a win-win situation to me. The dog was spared, has a home and a job the rest of his life.
Olskool with the new site you can just click on the link.

This dog got a bad legal deal. Past history indicated the boy teased him. The warden of that facility is an animal lover thats why hes there, not because he is some kinda aggressive Guard Dog. when he was taken from his family and placed in a pound he reacted like most would do and bit one of the attendants. Glad he was spared but his owners will most likely face a Lawsuit for the boys injuries.

for whomever came up with this idea! I totoally agree....dog's life was spared, and he has a job to do!
Unfortunately, not all the story is being told, abviously, by the media here, yet again! IF there was a history of the child teasing the dog, it's the boy and HIS parents fault. But unfortunately, we live in a somewhat backwards society!

olskoolgsd, did the link not work when you clicked on it? If not, send me an email and I will email it to you.
I figured there had to be more to the story. Still glad it worked for the dog. Too bad the owners can't counter sue for the kid starting it all......
