Update on my rescue MAX!!!!! - Page 2

Max is a very lucky guy...glad things are looking up.....and guy I hate to say this but that paperwork contract that say pup cannot he sold or transfered and has a signature on it,,,well , some unethical breeders that get a hold of a good pup , turn around and make their own rules,,,,and sell the dog...I just had it happen day before yesterday, by a man I sold a pup to and he even put him on this database ,without Tripl'H at the beginning, and then made some lame excuse to me why he left off my name I printed on the registration, again stating in the contract that the name Tripl'H will remain on the registration as it is DBA registered in the courthouse in Galveston Co. Texas, and he put that same pup on www.puppyfind.com  and at 3:00 this morning I discovered my pup for sale, and I have been liveed all day ,,,I emailed him, and told him he was in violation of contract, called Breach of Contract, and he could not sell or transfer that pup without my written permission.....I will buy the pup back for what He paid for it 6 weeks ago.....pup is 13 weeks old and has been in an outdoor dirt kennel and today I got bad references, from three people , two of which are looking for him....I hope he is reading this thread, because its gonna be go get my Jeremiah or go to the Rusk Co. Courthouse... He emailed me this morning after he got my email and I am too angry to open it.....He added 100.00 to the price and advertised it top german bloodlines, and good for stud . I specifically wrote to him only is the registration on this pup only to be regular registration....He told me I couldnt tell him how to name the pup and contracts are only blah blah .  I burnt two pans of oatmeal and never got my coffee until 3 today I spent the morning getting my ducts in a row and did I uncover the rats nest,,, so Shelly, I hope my pup isnt gone, as I am afraid to read the email, and I hope some wonderful person got him, if not Ill let you know what I find...out....If I have a coronary over this remember me to all the pups that get put on the auction block 6 weeks after a heartless person gets their hands on them........I want to sleep tonight so Im not reading his email this in the morning .....my Mom raised us to honor our word and live up to our word, as that is your reputation......and honor others word also......did we lose all this somewhere down the road.....

Shelly,  Max is lucky to have found such a gentle soul to keep him safe and do the research you have done,  Good for you Job Very well done !!    I appreciate the work and effort you are putting forth, as do alot of people.
