I know that if I were the breeder in CA I would be very grateful to be at least warned so I could question them more thoroughly. Things may look good on the surface and this would give her a heads up to dig deeper or to even say "sorry, changed my mind."

Definately make this breeder aware of this... I know if my babies were ever in trouble and someone knew how to contact me but did not.... Ohhhh it would be on !!
