It has not been posted when they are training so I thought that maybe Armin might be out of town or something, I know he has a helper seminar scheduled for the weekend of the 23 so hopefully I can get intouch with him soon.

I'm pretty sure they train Sat and Sun. Since you live so close, maybe you could just drive over there on one of the weekend days in the morning.
