Thanks for the reply.  Great advice.  We are doing just about all of that.  So far, so good.  The one who has been fighting, seems to have calmed down somewhat.  We are letting 2 out at a time.  The ones that get along go out together now.  I don't ever want Downy to feel scared again to walk out onto our deck.  I'll keep all posted on how it's going.  Thanks again all.
