Sorry I just got an email from them that they don't carry it anymore.

Gosh what a shame!!   Maybe Solid Gold could sell it under a different name with no implied claims--I'm sure they are checking in to that.    I liked using it as well.

Just wondering if anyone familiar with this product has found an alternative they are happy with? I've heard of Breed Heat by Thomas Laboratories and of Dr. Harveyno's Fem Female Pregnancy Supplement. Does anyone have any input on either of these? I'm looking for one that works best at inducing heat. My bitch is due to come into heat in about a month, and this falls RIGHT over the time that the vet will be away. It will be an AI breeding, which is why it's so imperative that the vet is here. If possible, I'd like to have her come into season about 2 weeks early. Someone has recommended Cabergoline to me, but I was hoping for a more natural solution. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Well, I read a good while back that Solid Gold Pet Products (whatever their business was called) had a major lawsuit filed against them for making claims not checked out with regulations, doing some people wanting to do business selling Solid Gold product in Columbus, Ohio, etc. http://www.lawbass.com/LAWBASS_2.0/Pages/HHI_article.htm. Someone might also be able to Google and find more information. Somewhere I read the product had been discontinued a good while back.

I personally DID try the Solid Gold Concept-A-Bitch with my German import female Lisa to see if it did make a difference. Her previous litter a year before trying it had been 9 pups(without Concept-a-Bitch). On Concept-A-Bitch (all done just like the package says), she had 7 (lost 2, so 5 lived). All with the same sire. So, it did not prove beneficial to me in my situation. I dunno what I ended up doing with the rest of it. It looks like rubbed sage in the container, and smells funky. I mixed it in dog food daily and she didn't notice it.
Just my experience.

instead of trying to force the issue and giving products to bitches who have trouble conceiving, why don't you breed bitches who have no issues?  aren't you just promoting more reproduction issues??

sorry, I just have a problem with this.  all natural or not.

How about a trade?

No Bitches go with it...No  Fix the Bitch pills in our deal..dont believe in them either.

I dont think Viagra works either...or does it..?

Sorry Rose,

I lived in Florida for a time and would not want to make it my home, nice place to visit tho.

Also I must agree with Uber Land on the reproductive issue's.

As far as Viagra, I don't know if it work's or not, I haven't had the need.   And my vision is bad enough........ LOL.

A little inspiration goes a long way....:)

Brent.
