Many registries under FCI, are closely tied to Government. Like the Czech one. Many laws about how to deal with animals are laws produced by Governments.
This makes sense, in Germany, and other, countries e-collars and other training tools have not been permitted for many years. They are still used, but very discretely.
Hans - Many people disagreeing with you , do not know your history. How you left your old country and why you stand up for liberty. And if they learned your story, most likely wouldn't believe it anyway.

A like button, like option or recommend button is a feature in communication software such as social networking services, Internet forums, social bookmarking sites, news websites and blogs where the user can express that he/she likes, enjoys or supports certain content. Internet services that feature like buttons usually display the quantity of users who liked each content, and may show a full or partial list of them. This is a quantitative alternative to other methods of expressing reaction to content, like writing a reply text.
Some websites also include a dislike button, so the user can either vote in favour, against or neutrally. Other websites include more complex Web content voting systems, for example five stars.

You asked - "What is there to dislike about what for example Joanro said:"
Lenin, Trotsky, and Hitler made such an impact, that they will unfortunately live on in people who are blind to the horrors they inflicted on humanity. Or maybe not blind to it, but admire them for it.
So, you did ask why. Because the what statement is really asking why is this being disliked? So, really your sun comment is just being argumentative in nature and makes you seem condescending to the members who disagree with your OPINIONS to say the least.
Sorry, for taking this thread further off topic but am trying to give examples.
I am guessing you also believe that seat belt laws, helmet laws, insurance laws and pretty much any law infringes on your liberty. Should all drugs be legal? Because some would say it infringes on their liberty? You used the example of drunk driving earlier should this be legal as it infringes on a drunks liberty?
But I bet you are probably against abortion, immigration and same sex marriage? When a law is for the betterment of a society well then it may infringe on your liberty but it may save lives and money in the long run.
FCI organization is not government and therefore is not infringing on your rights. That would be like saying a business can't ban smoking on their property because it infringes on smokers rights.

There is difference between question:
a/ Why people use thumbs down (Question without qualifier) and
b/ Why people use thumbs down, without explaining why? or Why people vote dislike statement which is truism like 1+1=2. (Question with qualifier)
You can not just omit the qualifying part of the question and answer the question as if there would not be such qualifier. That is a form of sophistry ( false logic).
Hence my former example about sun.
Why is sun ------so hot? ( "so hot" = is qualifier of the question), thus can not be answered by answering question: Why is sun?
One question involves nuclear physic and the other involves answering a question of existence of universe.

P.S. and I agree, now we are off topic.

I stated what there is to dislike about Joanro's and the rest of the posts, it is off topic. You came back with your usual and I responded with perfect logic that I see you never touched.
You have a good day and please if you want to talk socialism and liberty do it in OT. This is the Sport/working Enthusiasts section.

I understand the purpose of your thread and controlling or legislating training as a means of taking away a person's liberties. I find this thread very interesting. It is about dog training and so much more. Hopefully, it never happens here as it has in Europe.
