You people are barking up the wrong tree and just because you feel something is wrong, does not make it so. YR, quit asking members for any personal info and questioning/demanding anything from members. Worry about yourself.

Huh?

zeekboy,

Hi, no one has the right to slam you, you are entitled to express your own thoughts on this forum. People differ in opinions and that is natural, I have nothing against Molly, I do respect her same as others, but after looking at the various views here I know I will not sign such a contract because if and when I pass away it is my daughter who will posess and care for my dogs, I trust no one else.

Oh good grief.

Ibrahim

It is my understanding that unless the contract contains the language that states heirs, estate ect the contract kinda dies with you.   I don't know the Legalese but I'm sure you would recognize the clause, it's on  most things you sign.

YR,

I am not going to read that. You have been known to 1. accuse members of being someone they are not and 2. demanding information from members that is NOYB, on multiple occasions.

Now to address the Jeff and his girlfriend issue, it is none of your business and you do not nor will you ever have the information we do.

Spreading what? I think you better be very careful about what you speak or I will drag Oli into this and we will see who has lied and who has not.

"YEAH .....  we are here to share info and help all of us see new crisis identity in terms of like this...WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU DIE ...AND OWN A GSD  that someone may want or thinks they have ties to. "

Exactly, but you took it off of that topic by asking for a members information and this is not the first time. Since, you could not take this to PMs as I did to you, I will have no problem discussing these things on this very thread. Now again what about "YOu spread trash about me and then call me DEAR}"  that is classic.

I have copied your post to the mod forum and deleted it from this thread, if you would like to continue from this point in PMs that is acceptable.

Yes, the friend in possession of the dogs, because the owner gave them to her, has the right to the dogs. That shouldn't be hard to understand, the lawyers of the forum have explained it a gazillion times. Molly's contract was not binding, and yet she tried to bully her way about it, without a single, "I'm sorry for your loss".

Your choice where you want your dogs to be. Everyone else just better read Molly's fine print in the future.

And also as a matter of mundane interest, I thought it very odd that her lawyer who wrote the first letter to the bereaved, never told her, her contract wasn't binding! It was only when DD chimed in, she realized she hadn't a tree to bark up at. Like it happened like that, LOL

you;re still clueless Beetree - where did you get your "facts" - in a dream - up a tree somewhere?

moron at it's finest.

by beetree on 08 September 2011 - 21:09

That's when I know I'm really getting under the skin of a classic narcissist. So revealing.
