I think the best part was the president's recognition that, in fact, we are in much better shape than we were six years ago, when (former President George W.) Bush left office, and when we were losing 700,000 jobs a month.

"I think the weakest part is that there was not a full recognition that, while we have made enormous progress, the reality is that real unemployment is not 5.5 percent. It is 11 percent, including those people who have given up looking for work and are working part time," the Vermont Independent told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Wednesday.

Duh! There is always a real unemployment rate and a reported rate. That is common sense and a no brainer. You know the insurance that protects you when you lose a job, that the republicans have gutted, cut and devised ways to make it harder to get. You know that program that republicans are so loathe to provide the working stiffs, but man watch the corporate welfare explode because it is way more important to help big businesses than the average working person who is trying to feed their families and keep a roof over their heads.

Home sales - lol, when home sales are booming you are whining because most of those people can't really afford that new house but when home sales are flat you blame it on Obama. What a joke.

Most people didn't/don't have wealthy parents to pass them down old money like some people who really aren't self made but made from their parents old money.

Evidently you haven't figured out that successful companies expend, hire more people, are capable of giving more benefits, etc. Punishing those businesses and stealing their assets ruins the economy, creates unemployment etc, and put puts companies out of business.

We don’t have the money they are handing out every month; they are simply printing more money every month. Sooner or later the sh*t is going to hit the fan…

Give you a perfect example - my company spent millions on a new machine and it has been installed for a year and never used. So, they installed it and spent millions to realize they now don't have enough warehouse space because the unused machine is taking up space so what do they do? You guessed it spent another million to build a bigger warehouse. Raping, lol. That is why they make billions and we make mere thousands. lmfao.
