It's not that people dislike Obama, most know by now he has handlers, it's the policies people don't like.

That's OK, BabyEagle, I don't like all of them either, didn't like any of Bush's and so far Romney isn't very impressive and doesn't send to me the message that he will do anything any better. I don't want SS privatized and I don't get a warm, fuzzy feeling thinking that Romney "gets it". All who are railing about Obamacare need to remember that Romney designed and inititated it when he was the Gov against protests of constituents. Now most are happy with it. Is one really any better than the other? Toss a coin..........

No, I am not. I think it said, "go forth and multiply until the earth is full." Well, it's full; you can stop.

Women were never drafted into the military nor did they serve in combat in Vietnam. At least you're only alluding to your non-existent service rather than coming right out and lying about it.

Pardon me if I'm skeptical about your military service claims. I tend to believe half of what I see and none of what I hear but hey, you can be anyone you want on the internets; right? And yes, I was in the Army, an M.P. in the 3rd Armored Division.

Read Article 3 Section 2 about Judicial Powers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_Three_of_the_United_States_Constitution
Then check this out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marbury_v._Madison
The Supreme Court never had "Judicial Review" powers !!
THEN I found this ....
"At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life, if secured against all liability to account." - Letter to Monsieur A. Coray, October 31, 1823
