Dense? I can spell it out for you. By saying "What book?" I meant that it looks like you are trying to say that it is illegal to have thoughts of a racist or even talk like a racist. FYI by no means I am defending racism but freedom of speech. On the other hand you are trying to tell me about how I am somehow trying to violate 1st amendment yet you want to shut me up by telling me I should leave. Then on one side while you think that you are defending 1st amendment on the other hand you are trying to destroy second and making fun of it on the other thread implying that it was after thought thus unimportant.
I am looking this as a discussion - spirited exchange of ideas, thus I want to apologize that my point of view is upsetting to you to the point that you want to sut me up and to leave.

Illegal? No, what I am saying is this is a privately owned website who's owner does not want the hint of that shit here. We let most of it stand because it shows the mentality of the offenders and then people can decide if they would like to do business with those breeders. Keep talking though as I am sure your words and actions have turned people off from ever considering buying a dog/puppy from you. Freedom of speech does not apply to a privately owned business and if you are so worried about freedom of speech why do you delete posts off your site when people question your skill, knowledge or opinions?????? It isn't your point of view it is your bombastic ways and the fact you jumped into an admin decision. I run this site and if you want to question my decisions on admin things you will soon find yourself on the outside looking in and I hate to do it because I think you have knowledge of lines that are important to the breed. It isn't that I don't like you and in fact I have stuck up for your right to be here when plenty of members wrote asking that you be banned. I just will not allow you to question our decisions when it comes to what belongs here and what doesn't. Your view on immigration must be at least close to the person you support because if it wasn't you would not be supporting him. I would rather write my name in than ever vote for a racist. And when Ryan says that Trumps words are in fact racist, I think we should all listen. If Trump wasn't running I may even have considered voting republican or I might have just wrote in my name. But that is not going to happen and as much as I really don't care for Clinton, I cannot in good faith waste my vote and let Trump become president.

LOL From my forum I delete only posts of trolls and flames  and people who consistently act as such, which had been  against the rules from get go.   I am fully aware that this is private site and that rules of freedom of speech do not apply here. I did not know that we are talking about this forum since so far we were talking about constitution and Orlando shooting . Are you talking about my questioning freedom of speech on this forum which I have expressed about 7 + years ago? We have had discussion and disagreement and I have never violated any TOS.  I was wrong on the freedom of speech on private  property which that is what forums are. I leave it at that. I know that you stuck for me . But even though I am grateful for that , I hope that does not mean that I now have to agree with you on political issues. You have one opinion and I have other. What is the big deal? As far as my voting goes. First I generally do not vote since I have hard time to vote  for lesser evil and basically I am libertarian and libertarians have no chance and really do not want to win anyway. I think that Trump is the lesser evil here in comparison to Hilary thus I am for Trump because Hillary is unsociable to me.   

Racism of Trump. 

I  do not see what Trump said that is racist? I have read few easily  disputed lies like that when he came to his casino all black employees had to leave and other idiocies not worth energy to repeat. 

As far as his statements on forbidding Muslims to enter until we can figure out which one are terrorists ? In  my and legal  view   it is perfectly legal for president to limit immigration of any group he sees fit and there is a legal precedent to it. I my self entering this country was subject to such scrutiny. ( Later on that below\/\/\/)

When I was entering USA under status of political refugee I too was  under scrutiny which you could call discrimination and yet it was perfectly legal.  I was in no uncertain words  told by immigration, that I would not be able to enter into USA if I would be proven communist, homosexual and if I would have contagious disease namely tuberculosis. I had to pass tuberculosis test and was thoroughly vetted on the other issues ( communist and gay) . That was during Democratic president Carter. Nobody as far as I know ever called him racist.  However when Trump suggest exactly  the same thing he is racist and I or Joan is up to be banned because she supports him. During  the time  I was  filing stock piles of forms prior to my emigration ,  I was also continually asked what race I am which I feel is  racist but I shut up since I wanted to come to US. 

 So there you go .  Here are my opinions  on ( legal)  Immigration. :)

Trump said because the judge in his university lawsuit is an American of Mexican descent that is why he ruled against Trump on the lawsuit and even Ryan came out and said point blank that that is the definition of racism. Please do act like you never heard of this as you support this racist and thus have heard about what happened. Trump will flat out ruin this country 100x worse than the mess we are in and the mess we are in didn't start with Obama. The policies that you talk about in your immigration fight were long in place before Carter. Who was president before Carter? How many years of republicans were in office before you immigrated? 8 - 12? Carter was in office 4 years. Who has the most problems with gays? Democrats or Republicans???? And no I don't expect you to agree with me on opinions of anything but I do expect that when I say that is enough of the racism or xenophobia that you respect it and don't need to question that decision. Not because she or you support him - I didn't say that at all - I said - "Just supporting a racist has to become reason to in some kind of subconsciense level mean that is okay with a person." This does not in the slightest say you will be banned for supporting a racist and it actually pisses me off that you are not only misqouting what I said but taking completely out of context. By making racist or xenophobic comments and adding in the support for a known racist(Trump by the speaker of the houses own definition) that is enough for me to at least feel that a ban is warranted. Had she not made numerous references all/most Muslims being terrists (sp) then the support of a racist would not be in play. I would still tell her Trump is racist but it is the inference both direct and indirect of Muslims being terrists(sp) that has Joan on the edge of being banned.

Are you disputing who the 9/11 terrists were ? Are you also saying the FBI and HLS were wrong as to affiliation of the San Bernardino and olando terrists, and the boston marathon bombers, the ft hood terrist ? So I guess that would make the FBI and HLS racists, according to you.

Joan, I have had it with you. You said it. When I came on and read what you wrote and then went to admin forum your comments were already being discussed so you are wrong. Just so you know there are literally 1000s of Muslim members here. They do not comment but you can bet your wrinkled ass that some/many have read your non-sense. You are pushing me to ban you and I am ready to oblige. When I say that is racism/xenophobia you need to stop and instead you and Hans have carried this on for pages. Why is it that so many posts turn to personal attacks?  That is what is wrong with this country, so many resort to personal attacks in the "I am right and if you do not believe as I do 100% then you are wrong and I can attack you personally."  So sad and I do know I have fallen into that trap a few times so to those that feel I personally attacked, I apologize, I will try to do better.  Let's just get along and discuss the topic and leave the personal attacks to the politicians.

@Prager, you are being dishonest when there are people here who know the truth. You say you delete posts for violating the rules yet, you have said you make exceptions for certain people. You violate your own rules. Anyone can go to your forum and see how it is not much better than a white supremacist site. You allow posters to insult others, with profanity. You allow racial slurs, homophobia and racism. You allowed a poster to make a racist, anti-Mexican, remark against me. I'm not even Mexican or Latino but he assumed for some reason I was. I wasn't going to say anything but since you chose to lie, yes lie, I am going to call you on it.

You are too uneducated, or ignorant, to realize that most of the "news" articles you post are fake. Some of the sites you quote even say they are parody sites. I prefer to chalk these things up to you not being educated and a foreigner rather than you being a racist homophobe.

And yes, whenever the government has banned a particular group from entering the country, or has put people already here in internment camps, it was usually racist and/or bigoted (I don't think political ideologies would fall under race). So saying that there is a precedent for what Trump has put forward is true. It is also true that it was racist then and is racist now. Maybe if we are talking about banning citizens from a country we are at war with it would be an exception.

Slavery was legal but that doesn't mean it wasn't racist.
