Erin, that is the 2nd time Gouda has levelled that 'accusation' @ Travels;
I corrected his spelling after the first time, but he clearly does not take any
notice of anything anyone writes in reply to him ... LOL.

God I slept sooooo good...like a rock!!!!! No dreams....
i didnt want to get out of bed....i kept wishing it was Saturday but my alarm kept going off...... :(

Saturday will be even worst, rainy dreary days.
Had to make a dogfood run this morning, might end up with a load of firewood this afternoon to stack, not sure yet.
In between rain showers, I hate these kind of days.

me too...its the moisture in the air that makes everything feel colder than it really is...perfect day for clam chowder, or chilli beans....something that warms you from inside out.
I have to make a run today and find a "perfect" scotch for my boss....i hope they have something that already comes in a gift set and i dont have to fool around with it....

I'm not sure there is a such thing as a perfect Scotch, you can always go by the price or brand but that's not very precise.
It's more about taste, aroma, and ones own preference.
Some like the blended varieties more, I prefer the earthy aroma of a single malt myself.
You can pay a fortune for some brands, I think it's a lot of advertising hype that drives the price, not quality.
Aging is important, ya don't wanna drink it raw....lol
Most people don't know the difference anyway.
The Glenlivet I drink is probably the middle of the road, aged 12 years, since 1824, product of Scotland.
It's more about taste, aroma, and ones own preference.

Glenlivet has a lot of varieties and ages if you can find them, the price goes up accordingly.
If your boss doesn't know the difference just go with the brand names.
