Seems like support to me. And you were very wrong. This time she should never be allowed to own dogs again. Did you get that? I said no way should she be allowed to ever own dogs again. There is no redeeming qualities to this person. I suppose Hitler had redeeming qualities? Change shmange, she would first have to admit it was wrong in the first place and since her sickness will not allow it, how can she change? I will say it again, it sounds like a form of support to me. Call it what you want, I know what I call it.

 SP... all you got is personal attacks on things YOU have no idea about, I was here when Bartmess was still a member, I followed her story along with everyone else...so stop assuming of what I know....

Regarding my job....i get more work done from 6am till 12 than most people i know, I am not here to do the job, I am here to get the job done...i AM a workaholic, I can multitask and walk away unlike some people we all know...the level i am at it does not matter what i do as long as what i do gets done... for simple minded people like you I will use examples…6 week  MRI project just got completed on Monday, clean up and staff education is in process i had spent all sat. and sund. here working to make sure things got done on time, i am responsible to have city permits on time, construction site in order and w/o effect on surrounding dept. or pt. and completed on time, post construction - DHEC inspection, life safety inspection, MD contract starts same week project is completed and staff ready to go because one day delay can cause loss of revenue....so guess what do you think my boss, Director of Operations is concerned with my internet usage? hell no, i just made him and 4.3 million dollar project look good..we are 6 days ahead of schedule, this is not a position of micromanaging and if i post 10 posts a day that’s a good day for me because most days I don’t have time ...and in the middle of all that I have a dog that i must  take to vet every 2 days and go to physical therapy...so, get off the idea that you know jack about me and my life...you stated at one point that what I say does not make sense (nice way of putting it) obviously you still don’t understand, you have one track mind, hexe picked it up perfectly where it was pointed out that my statement was directed to your assumed knowledge of Hans...not Bartmess...
in any case...carry on as you were…you bring a little stupidity, a little humor, and a little drama to this site…but I think I will resign my position as a SP fan, because even fans need to be treated with respect…

I have plowed through all these assumptions about me and only few got is right Ace and beetree and partially Jim are some of them. 
 First let me start by saying that I absolutely, positively do not condone what Janice did . Anybody suggesting  that I do, should come and tell me that into my face.

Second I would like to say that I have not left this forum (as someone suggested)  I am just too busy to run my own forum  and thus I am not able to post on this great forum as much as I used to. My "allocation" of forum time is limited.

 Some (VomMarischal)are trying to educate me on matters of Freedom. It sickens me. The exact reason, why this person will never understand what Freedom is all about is because you have never lost it.  Great Ayn Rand said it well. (I quote freely.)Just because you have been  begotten on the back seat of 1957 Chevy, does not make you a better American then someone who came here by choice and fought for it.
   Let me also say this about freedom of speech.
Read this familiar text, as  it may help me to make my point.  I have underlined the pertinent points.

I happen to believe that  these right are unalienable, and self evident part of Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them . These principle are applicable anywhere  to all mankind(!!!) and they are part of human rights anywhere as this "Bill of Rights " declares. If you believe that these rights are only for people of USA,  then that is truly very sad and you are doing what you are accusing me of . That is, you are condoning violations of these rights anywhere in the world besides in USA.  USA is only lucky that the rights which we enjoy and were fought for by many and many of whom died for them are actually part of her  political system. That does not mean that people in another unfortunate countries, where these unalienable rights are violated, do not have these rights. Right is something which you are born with no matter where you live. Also, if you believe that these rights are applicable only in political system and not in private sector then again you are confused. Try to discriminate against people's rights in private sector and you will see what will happen to you legally.  

As far as my forum goes, I have there certain rules. I do not allow personal attacks, profanities and statements endangering security of the USA and of any individual. Otherwise you can say there what ever you want especially if it pertains to GSD and dogs in general. If you make stupid statements there, then you will look stupid. With freedom comes responsibility. I do not think that people need to be alowed to say only this and  not that. You can say foolish thing and you will look foolish. Simple like that. By doing so people think more about what they say

If I should ban all that did something wrong than all would need to be banned. That is not my job , but God's. I also believe that the truth have funny way to find its way to the surface. Example is this thread,... thanks to my allowing her to post on my forum, it brought her criminal actions to the attention on this international forum once more and again. It may be concept too complicated for some,...I understand that, but the principle is sound.

hahaha, I love it, you beat your breast and talk for three posts about how important  freedom is,  but then you tell us how you restrict freedom of speech on your forum.  Right, whatever Hans, you make your rules, and live and die by them.  Same here, this forum and others I belong to also have rules, one of which is they don't allow people to be members who have been convicted of heinous animal abuse crimes. 

For your information, Hans contrary to what you seem to believe, just because you were born in a communist country sure as hell doesn't mean you know more about what freedom means than that guy who was born in the back of that Chevy.

Oh and as far as spewed bile, anything out of the mouth of that shit house rat's mouth is spewed bile, consider the source.  Some of us figure that it doesn't matter what she knows, it's all tainted, and giving her an outlet emboldens her.  PLEASE DON'T FORGET that Janice Bartmess has NEVER accepted any responsibility for her crimes, NONE whatsoever. 

As far as you patting yourself on the back for bringing her to the attention of the international community, oh please, reaching a little bit, aren't you?  I could just as easily say  I thought it seemed like you went out of your way to welcome her with open arms which actually made me sick to my stomach, but whatever, it's your forum, you're free to do and say as you and your membership please, so long as they don't break Han's rules,  - and guess what, we over here on PDB free to say whatever we want, as long as we don't break the rules of this forum.

     Did Hans welcome Janice with open arms after this recent issue with her mom and dogs etc??...Just want to have my fact straight...Thanks...

Hans-Just keep her at your site, if you dump her surely she will slither back here. Thanks for answering my questions. NOT. Go ahead take credit for outing her, but when I do a google your site is not on the list. I think you would have been better served saying-I am allowing her to stay and this is why. You have no credit for outing her to the international community and as a matter of fact you never said a word to her, so do explain again.

The principle is sound? The principle of her abusing the dogs you love is sound? The principle is not sound and neither is Janice. KEEP HER.

Freedom? WTF. So you know more about freedom than the people who helped get you free in the first place.

When you commit a crime your freedom goes out the window. Janice has now commited 3 crimes, convicted once and is charged now with 2 more great freedom loving crimes.
