Gouda, if you were so afraid of Sharia, you'd be doing everything you could to promote secularism.  What you don't seem to realize is that with every "victory" the Christians win against secularism in this nation and yours, they are opening the door for other religions to follow.  You cannot treat any one religion better than any other or none, lest you risk a takeover of the government by religious factions.  Where there is religion, there is war.  Yet you expound on the evils of secularity, another glaring hypocrisy on your part.  Secularism is there for this very reason, but you despise it when it comes to your beliefs.  Are you starting to see a problem here?  Either you open the door for other religions to overtake completely, or Christianity takes over completely and becomes what we are now seeing in the Middle East.  No matter who wins, we all lose.  What you don't seem to understand is that there is just as much proof for their beliefs as there is for yours --------> not a shred.  I understand that you have faith, but that's not enough in a court of law, it's opinion.  When it comes to opinions, we should be neutral, period.  All anyone is asking is equality of thought, as long as your rights end where mine begin and vice versa.

gouda, I would think that an extremely good Christian, such as you believe yourself to be, would  justJUMP at the opportunity to martyr yourself for your faith--or are you not quite that devout to go that far?
