No,
I think the evidence is quite clear.
And you must also pose the question, which god.
I might also add, many people need belief, there is nothing wrong with that, I only take issue with how they use it.

shtal, sometimes I really struggle to understand how someone who I believe really does have genuine faith is so seemingly blind to its necessity in the corresponding world view.

Moons,
Well let me rephrase the question; if you be given sufficient evidence to believe in God (intelligent designer or creator which ever way you want to interpret) would you worship him?

No.
This is another truth, this idea that one would be required to worship such a thing is wrong.
It is for lack of a better word, primitive.
One would either fear such a thing, or embrace it, or be totally indifferent to it.
I see no need to worship unless it was fear.

What I mean by the definition of worship is would you submit to him, would you thank him for your life and would you give him praise?
by Two Moons on 06 October 2013 - 14:10
No.
Because of the nature of my spirit I would never submit, that would be fear.
Why would I thank or praise, and what kind of creature would want it, and back to fear.
All of these concepts are born in the mind of a fearful creature.
Including the concept of sex, male or female.

So you would not submit to him then you still be God?
by Two Moons on 06 October 2013 - 14:10
Try that again, it makes no sense.
by Shtal on 06 October 2013 - 14:10
The thing is you put God of the universe subject to your standard or morality?
by Two Moons on 06 October 2013 - 14:10
No.
Religion does that.
Religion does that.
