from Shtal anyway. Hope I haven't bored you.
You remember on another thread, you said you enjoy puzzles & computer games etc ? (Thinkit was the one about
Oli running a restaraunt and bakery as a new sideline LOL)
During the back and forth on this topic, I found myself thinking: it would be useful to have read the Bible more
thoroughly even though not believing it, 'cos that would make it easier to play Shtal at his own game and annoy
him back

answer as well as anybody when it comes to Quiz show questions, crossword clues etc etc, so all those years of
Religious Ed. in school must have paid off. Although not in any way the evangelists would prefer.

Good Morning Hundmutter--I enjoy talking to you too--we seem to have like mindsets. Shoot no you haven't bored me and I hope I haven't bored you too much--I tend to get carried away. LOL That's why the last post was short--I had talked so much I was just emotionally done. Also I have 5 dogs and I sit on here awhile and then I have to go spend time with them, pickup after the puppy........etc..............
Oh yeah I remember that post. I like to do those Hidden Object games. I bet you are good at those quiz shows. I can tell you have a sharp mind. I am like what you said in your last sentence, even growing up in a Southern Baptist church and doing all the stuff kids did--regarding church-- I don't think I turned out as the preachers would have wanted me to either. LOL.....................
I think you do a fine job of annoying him. At least he answers your questions. LOLWonder where he has been anyway? Maybe he found another place where they all talk about the same things. OMG how boring that must be--pages and pages of scripture.
You know up until only about a year ago, I really tried the religion thing. I've been to different churches, I've studied the Bible, I've watched the tv preachers. I've prayed--I mean I have really tried to get into it. I even said on here before I was a Christian. But I never got that warm fuzzy feeling--I just couldn't get past all the questions in my mind. And because of the kind of programming I watch--Nat Geo, Science, Wild Kingdom --very little "fiction" tv--it just brings up more questions. So I finally had to make the decision of what I was and what I wasn't. I had already been trying to make organized religion and Native spirituality work in tandem for several years--I know people that do--but I just couldn't. The Bible says you can't serve 2 masters......................

points out that Oval Office Press Conferences are a fairly recent invention, and that other
POTUS' have (A) been responsible for changing decor and (B) held such Conferences that
also did not show flags. This was, far from being "true", a NON-STORY.
And anyway ... I'm sorry but we'd taken this thread W_A_Y off-topic, away from Politics and
into Religion, so I'm not surprised you weren't following it (whether you are a ditz or not, LOL)
- my fault !!!
