You didn't miss anything... it sure does look like the EB broke their own bylaws by re-ammending the bylaw that was voted on by the delegates.

My understanding is in the Kansas City area it was 4 USCA Clubs and 1 WDA club - it is now 2 USCA clubs and 4 WDA Clubs.
