Red Sable

Here is a pic of my girl at 15 weeks, not a great pic sorry, but the only one I have at this age.  I agree with Char.

So cute Red Sable!! Your pups hair was much shorter in the 15 week picture than it is now. Seems like it is hard to tell how these LC puppies will turn out. I will have to post another picture in a couple of months. Here is a picture of him today in the Colorado snow storm. He loved the snow (and so does his fur:).

Thanks Echo, she was a cutie, then she went through a homely stage, and from that immerged the beautiful swan that she is today!

Your pup by six months will really start looking like a long coat.  Keep posting pics though so we can see it happen!

Here is an updated picture (taken today) at 5 months old. Definitely long hair around the ears. The hair on the rest of his body is shorter than around the ears. No question now that he will be classified as a long coat. He is one sweet puppy:)

its time to work on getting its ear to stand.... find a local breeder or vet that HAS EXPERIENCE with GSD.. watch and learn so you can replace the insert if it falls out.
