Anyway when Obama was president I stated on this board that he was stopping or slowing oil exploration and I believe fracking.

I believe it was Keith who fact checked and their answer was that oil exploration in the USA actually increased under the Obama Administration, just like Keith posted.

Well I knew for a fact that Obama had shut it down, so I dug a little deeper.
I found out I was right Obama stopped it where he had control (Federal Land) but the states had increased production on State Lands, and the private land had also increased it. So overall it increased under his administration while he was doing the exact opposite.

So my point is you can manipulate facts to come out with the total opposite of the truth, without actually lying.
