Maligator: Its heading that way, lots of people are useing CKC even though present breeders that are dyed in the wool akc, never having a problem, put them down and CKC is starting to get new rules and be more precise about their registry...It may take several years for them to prove themselves and even though I hear from every breeder I talk to how they are fed up with AKC they are, they continue to use them because u have to, to be recognized in the USA and all events, as of right now...That can change if people demand it and AKC continues to go up and make major booboos.

Simple answer is, don't chit chat so much. Next time, get your question answered and say "thank you, goodbye". :)

Maligator, it sounds to me as if you shouldn't have any trouble transferring that dog as long as the rescue transfers her directly to you. You have the right paperwork trail. Glad to hear that the dog will be getting a forever home. It sounds like the poor thing has spent most of its short life in transit.
