I wont say that she  is a troll and sent me a pm finally telling me the truth. But as I sit here after reading the pm she sent, I still don't get not being honest FROM THE BEGINNING. Anyone on this board would help you even if you were the foster person. The fact that you STILL WONT DIVULGE the name of the rescue or the person doing this or anything else, makes me suspicious. Whether your suing or not, if you have already filed in court, then it's public record anyway. If others have the same story then it actually might help your case.

Why should other people be scammed by this? Maybe I'm of a different mind set. As I stated to you, you might get a judgement, that does not mean that you will get your money. Expose this woman so she doesnt do this again. Better yet use your LE background and make a legit case in criminal court. Ive been burned too many times after helping people out. You want everyone to give you advise to beat this woman but you refuse to be forthcoming yourself. For all we know, you are HER!

It appear to be distemper which attacked his nervous system. It could be after of being vaccinated with live distemper viruses. I saw hundred of cases. Not only puppies  from shelter but even from mills. They appear to be fine, but as soon you bath them or they get stressed the symstoms of the desease appear.  Poor puppy he born to suffer without know a lovely home.

Cinder465, You asked me why I was being so mean to you by posting publically.  Because you lied to everyone and honestly I just don't make time to people who lie. It really serves no point to hold facts in order to get people to respond to you. Knowledgeable people (more people than I) come here to give their time for free. The least the person could do is be honest about what they post.

Btw, editing is simple. Any of the Admins could have helped you when you typed the wrong info.

mentayflor - I had a puppy get distemper after its first vaccination - it was heartbreaking.

Distemper will live in the ground, but if the ground is dry and hot it will die after a short time.

One also does not want to vaccinate a pup right before transport. The stress could cause the disease to break :( Had that happen to us, once upon a time- they vaccinated the pups right before transport and they all broke with Parvo by the time they arrived :(
