Hello, I enquired about the news and I received this wonderfool answer:

(...) last thing we have heard from the German Shepherd Rescue that took Otto in their care is that he is forstering in Portsmouth and is doing really really well, they are ove the moon with him and they he is just a wonderful and perfect dog, so wellbehanved and so loving. Thanks for caring and asking after Otto.

What a nice ending to this situation for Otto! Thanks for this update, mentayflor. It is so nice to hear some good news, for a change!
