Beetree writes: " perhaps another booster, especially for males of a certain age might not be a bad idea.". Exactly the conclusion of the infectious disease experts and found in the editorial notes of the document.....

uglydog,
yup, you are right, a ID tag would do the same. Here in Germany we actually are required to have a Tax- tag on the collar of our dogs. I cant tell you how many times they got lost ! Most owners put them on their keychain, and if there is a controll they present them. But if authoritys would like, they still could fine you, because the tag is not "on" the dog.

About the rest - I do my research, and I am most willing to take hints where to find more links to certain stuff, but I then make up my own mind. In the case of the relation of cancer and Chip - not enough proof for my taste, too outweigh the benefits of the chip.

The above posts demonstrate the hostility on this Board.   (GSD Travels -- Did you read it?  Do you get it now?)

I thoroughly enjoy reading Cyrs' posts.

Hodie, while you have expertise in some areas -- not all -- you constantly belittle others' intelligence and education.   Even though you typically do not use bad language and/or "name-calling," what you do say is much worse -- you "insult and cut people to the core" by your demeaning and intimidating words, sarcasm, and tone.

This is a Dog Forum; nowhere does it state you must have a Degree in order to state an opinion here.   Different ideas are welcome -- right?   What works for one person may not for another.   Your posts scream "SHUT UP - YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO AN OPINION - YOU ARE STUPID - YOU ARE UNEDUCATED."    This is so wrong and so "messed up."

Hodie, why do you do it ?

by hodie on 27 March 2010 - 14:03

Mags, why do you post nothing of any relevance at all to any dog related topic, let alone any real topic at all?

You wrote the words above: "stupid" and "uneducated".  And yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion. As I said, but which apparently as goes right over your head, having an opinion is one thing. Presenting it as fact when there is little or nothing behind it is something quite different. If you or Chrys are "cut to the core", it does say something about you. That is something no one can fix but you. When someone write drivel, yes, I will call it drivel. When someone like you continuously writes nothing, yes, many here will note it.

Sounds like one of those made up piece of evidences from the Kennel Club
LOL

Hodie -- I will post whenever and whatever I want.   If that annoys you and you think it is drivel -- well, don't read it.

I don't consider you a "complete/well-rounded person" -- that is just MY Opinion.   You appear (to me) to have many "self-esteem" issues to work out.   Good luck with that.

I typically do not care what posters want to talk about / their opinions.  There is only one thing that I absolutely cannot tolerate  --  a Hypocrite

by hodie on 27 March 2010 - 14:03

gsdloving, yes, I have been hearing a lot about the good old Kennel Club and how they do business.......hurts the breed there for certain.......and protects those who have something to loose if the situation is rectified. Just like here with the AKC and the breed.....

by gsdloving on 27 March 2010 - 16:03

Yeah, the kennel club has turned into an evil situation

Seriously?  The "source" here is World Nut Daily?  Hardly believable on any subject...unless, of course, you really think that soy is making kids gay: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53327
