There is an SV contact through the AKC named Frau. Leib (or Lieb) excuse my spelling. It's been a while. If you want her e-mail, you can get it through AKC customer service. She's in charge of facilitating the process for German dogs so she would be the best contact. She can answer ALL of your questions.

My Imports was from Czech and Germany.. for AKC reg from either Germany, Slovakia ,Czech its all the same make copies of Import pedigrees all Import documents with DNA swab fill out AKC form for Foreign Reg. with side picture front picture ..send it in to AKC thats it..Simple.. Hope this helps..

I received the registration certificates today - the original pedigrees came back days ago.
Should have the score books in time for the trials.
It took less then a month...... good job AKC!
