Prager didn't say these 7 of 10 pups had parvo.   Distemper was common back in the day.

 Prager

I hate to break it to you but the czech lines immune systems are compromised as well, at least the ones being bred here.  My girl is czech lines and has EPI (pancreatic insufficiency) and pannus  both immune problems.  She also has spondylosis and bad hips.  What more can one dog get??  She has been on a raw diet all of her life.  She did have a mild reaction to her first set of shots which may have set her up for the rest not sure.

Sorry I know my post was off topic, But I have read the many stories about Kraftwerk , I personally would never buy a dog from them, but did meet a guy who has a dog bred by them and is very happy with the dog.  He did say that Wayne wasn't a particularly nice guy too.

Lyn,

wow... she sure has a lot of problems.

We never gave puppies shots until about 90'. The rabies shot was also one of those if you get to the vet visiting village, the dog gets it for 5 Svk. If not.. Oh well.

If a kennel like Kraftwerk has Parvo outbreak... wow. I think the damage is huge and I dont know how i would deal with it if I knew that the whole litter was exposed and I had lets say 3 litters on the ground.
No idea... just thinking and wondering

Yes Pack, she has more than her fair share.  She was supposed to be my OTCH /MACH dog (OB and Agility Champion),  She has great tepmerment excellent drives, but the health problems interfered every step of the way.  I have spend thousands of dollars just to keep her alive.  I wouldn't give her up, but it sure has been a long road, she is 7 now.

No, I'm not a former or present employee at Kraftwerk, nor do I have any vested interest with them. (Wow... where do you guys come up with this stuff.... more clamour... geez.)

I AM somone who has had several dogs from Wayne and am counted as one of MANY happy customers who just hate seeing people get trashed on these posts. Who cares if someone has a lawsuit against them which has NOTHING to do with breeding good quality dogs. That small "smoke" cloud is totally smothered by the enourmous cloud of hundreds of happy customers with happy dogs. Have you bred 2 dogs that have gone to the BSP? No. I don't think so.

Thank you for your kind direction to look into the lawsuits and seeing how you've felt the need to actually print them out for yourself, again.... you are totally being transparent that you have some kind of axe to grind or torch to bare. I say, get a life and let's start promoting good around here instead of negativity.

This will be my last post regarding this thread.

Are you playing "Gottcha!" with me with help of Wickipedia?
I did not say that the pups got Parvo I had say that they got "dog disease " what ever it was. If I would know that they got some specific disease I would name such disease with different wording then "dog disease " . What ever the disease was would be also applicable to Parvo though,.... or any other infectious disease.

I am sorry, next time I am going to be even more specific, detailed, accurate, perfect, authentic, careful, close, concrete, correct, defined, definite, deft,  discriminating, discriminative, distinct, exact, explicit, factual, faithful, genuine, judicious, just, literal, matter-of-fact, methodical, meticulous, on the button, on the money, on the nose, particular, proper, punctilious, punctual, regular, right, rigid, rigorous, scientific, scrupulous, severe, sharp, skillful, solid, specific, strict, systematic, true, ultraprecise, unerring, unmistakable, veracious, absolute, all out, certain, clear-cut, definitive, direct, downright, emphatic, express, flat out, forthright, no holds barred, ultimate, unambiguous, unequivocal, unmitigated,

Take care.

Coming up with it is easy when you have a link to their website on all your posts, which by the way is suddenly missing now.

"Are you playing "Gottcha!" with me with help of Wickipedia?"

LOL!  No, I was coincidentally doing a little research on vaccine efficacy over the weekend and came across that little factoid.

Back to you, thesaurus-boy!

FYI.
Pancreatic insufficiency, HD, spondylosis, Panus are not infectious diseases. I am talking about  ability of the dog to fight infectious diseases.  Specifically parvo and distemper and such.  The conditions which you have mentioned are not affected by immunization or lack of it. That is a different immune problem which Also I would say that the dogs are now being immunized in Czech thus this benefit is diminishing indeed..
Also I would like to see the pedigree of your dog. It would be interesting to see it. Many Czech dogs have W German or other  lines in it. If you do not want to publish it he , could you then please e mail it to me or PM me the link to it? I would greatly appreciate it. Just for my information.
